At James Jacobs Salon, we totally get that life can throw surprises your way that might affect your appointment! While we absolutely empathize with those moments, we’re also committed to keeping policies in place to protect our time and ensure a professional experience for everyone.

Day of Cancellation
Cancellation on the same day will result in a $35 fee, which must be settled in full prior to rescheduling a new appointment. *Please note that if you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice more than twice, you may be ineligible for future appointments.
No Show
No-show policies: $85
There is very low tolerance for this.

Grace Period
We're excited to offer a 10-minute grace period to help you manage those unexpected moments! If you're running late, no worries—you can leave with beautifully damp hair or enjoy some time under our dryer until you're perfectly styled. * Plus, we're here to with appointment modifications to keep your day on track! Your stylist will guide you to the best solution, but just a heads up: you may still receive an invoice if your appointment is canceled.

Satisfaction Guaranteed
At James Jacobs Salon, our goal is to ensure you leave looking and feeling your best. If your hair doesn’t meet your expectations, please inform us within 72 hours of your appointment, and we’ll gladly adjust your cut or color. Any necessary corrections must be scheduled within 10 days with your original stylist/colorist. Please note, refunds are not provided due to the nature of our services.
